Our telephone advice service is here for you! You are welcome to send us a message first or to use the chat service. As the Central Contact Point for Cross-border Family Conflicts and Mediation, we will help you to find individual solutions if the dispute over a child has a cross-border element. We offer a listening ear and information, and can help you find further assistance if needed. We will of course treat your concerns confidentially.
